Return Process

  Contact our support team at hello@theramenbae.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Our team will review your request to ensure the items are unopened and in their original packaging; once approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided return label or a carrier of your choice.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
